What is CrossFit?
Is CrossFit for me?
Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries, and current fitness levels.
The program is modified for each person to help individuals safely become healthier and fitter.
Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout.
Professional Athletic Ability Not required!!
What will I do in class?
Classes are different every day! We use a combination of gynmastics, cardio, and weightlifting during the workout. All movements are modified for YOU!. The class coach will work with each athlete and agree on a version of the movement that you feel comfortable doing. All movements can be increased or decreased in difficulty as needed for each athlete!
Gymnastics movements include pull ups, ring rows, toes to bar, most body weight movements (air squats, push ups).
Rowing, running, jump rope, ski erg and many more comprise the cardio movements.
Barbell, dumbbell, and kettlebell movements. Olympic lifts and power lifting.
Every movement is scalable!!! You DO NOT have to jump, run, hang, etc. if you are not comfortable doing so!!!

How are classes organized?
The class coach will go over the WOD (workout of the day)
Coach will explain EVERYTHING!!
This is a time to ask questions about movements and scaling options.
Box Jumps scale to Box step-ups or plate step-ups
The coach will warm the class up as a group.
General warm-up =
Blood pumping, heart rate elevated with active stretches.
Reviewing proper technique and
warming up the specific movements that will be used in the day's WOD.
A 10 second count down starts the WOD. You will either complete the workout for time or for repetitions.
Stretch and Recover
Class ends with stretching, mobility, fist bumps, and conversations about the workout!
One hour of
Using light weights and high repetitions.
Custom programming for maximum results!!

At Dynamic Spine and Sports Therapy, we provide elite-level care for anyone from the weekend warrior to the professional athlete.
We provide treatment that consists of specific movement assessments to find out the root cause of the concerns or problems that are happening and base treatment around those movement problems. We then provide forms of soft tissue treatment that include hands on movement based manual therapy, cupping techniques, instrument assisted manipulation techniques, and others to achieve less pain and better movement outcomes. We also provide many forms of manual based chiropractic manipulations, and then based on movement provide rehabilitation to strengthen and help creat power and mobility through at home and in office exercise. We have many forms of treatment we can provide but as we say often we are like seeing a massage therapist, a chiropractor, a physical therapist, and movement specialist all in one person and in one visit. Our treatment outcomes will improve movement while reducing pain through increased performance.
